Kristen K.
Kristen is the owner and the driving force behind Tucson Doggie Doors. Originally from Pennsylvania, she spent her childhood accompanying her dad on various construction projects. In 2018, Kristen decided to merge her construction experience with her passion for animals, leading to the creation of Tucson Doggie Doors. Starting from humble beginnings, she operated the business out of her apartment, installing pet doors and designing custom projects for her customers while juggling multiple jobs to make ends meet. Over the years, Tucson Doggie Doors has grown into a thriving business in the Tucson area, where Kristen now lives with her partner and their six dogs: Athena, Poseidon, Julius, Lilly, Bella, and Sadie. Today, she has a small team of five employees and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for pets and their owners every day.

Jaclyn B.
Jaclyn joined Tucson Doggie Doors in July 2022 as the Administrative Coordinator and has since become the Business Manager. Growing up, she was surrounded by cats, including Max, Scamper, Patches, Sweetie, and Felix. She is also a dog lover, thanks to her husband. Together, they have a Beagle-Lab mix named Abe Lincoln, a Treeing Walker Coonhound named Dixie May, and a cat named Sticky. With a background in hotel management and business consulting, Jaclyn effectively utilizes her experience in her current role. She lives with her family on two acres of land and hopes to add chickens, goats, and pigs to their homestead soon!

Vanessa H.
Vanessa joined Tucson Doggie Doors as our Administrative Coordinator in November 2024. A lifelong animal lover, she grew up in a small town in Massachusetts, where she raised chickens. Some of her fondest memories include collecting eggs from the chicken coop. Vanessa had a Great Dane named Flash and a Toy Poodle named Pierre. She also had a bunny named Bennie, who created an extensive tunnel system throughout their one-acre backyard. With her background in hospitality, Vanessa is our first point of contact and enjoys engaging with valued customers daily. When she isn't spending time with her family, Vanessa loves going on long bike rides, visiting the beach, and taking her Maltipoo, Lulu, for walks in the park.

Coby C.
Coby began his role as an Installation Technician in February 2025. After spending over 20 years in construction, working at Tucson Doggie Doors has been a refreshing change of pace for him. He grew up on a farm in the Tri-Cities of Washington, where he cared for a variety of animals, including horses, cows, goats, chickens, and pigs. He also had several dogs and cats as pets. Today, Coby enjoys a quieter life as a proud cat dad to two beloved cats: Nora, a Calico, and Sky, a Ragdoll. Despite primarily being a cat dad, Coby is a passionate animal lover and feels fortunate to interact with animals every day. When he’s not spending time with his pets, he enjoys reading, getting lost in a new TV show, and soaking up the Arizona sun.

Lucy C.
Luci joined our team as the Digital Content Coordinator in April 2025. She is set to graduate from the University of Arizona in the spring of 2026 with a degree in Global Studies and a minor in Journalism. Luci has a passion for storytelling and enjoys finding creative ways to capture the essence of Tucson Doggie Doors. Growing up in Tri-Cities, Washington, Luci has always had animals in her home, particularly cats. During her early childhood, her family expanded their lineup by adding a dog. Eventually, they found a balance with two cats and two dogs. Although the dogs—a pair of labs named Lily and Pepper—have since passed away, the cats, Nora and Sky, remain as lively as ever. When she's not immersed in the digital world, Luci enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with friends.
